RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If your purchase from Warehouse Battery Outlet fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item(s). Please contact us by email or by phone and we'll let you know how to send your merchandise back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warehouse Battery Outlet is not responsible for any return shipping charges.

Unopened Merchandise And Opened, As-New Merchandise
Any merchandise that is unopened and in the original packaging may be returned to us within 30 days. If the merchandise was opened, it must be returned in as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Fees imposed on us by our supplier to replace packaging, hardware, or printed materials will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer. When the return is received, we will refund the purchase price, excluding original shipping or freight charges. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
For any product purchased from Warehouse Battery Outlet to be determined defective it must be returned to Warehouse Battery Outlet or the manufacturer within the specified warranty period and terms. Product warranty begins on the date of purchase. Warehouse Battery Outlet is not responsible for return shipping charges past the first 30 days. Warehouse Battery Outlet does not give advance warranties. Batteries received in a discharge state must be charged before we can properly test and evaluate. Products found to be defective from original workmanship will be replaced or credited, at customer request. Products found to be non-defective, will be returned at customer's expense.
Merchandise That Has Been Modified
Any modifications done to any products voids the warranty.
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 1 business day of delivery.
Shipments Damaged In Transit
Any item(s) damaged in transit must be reported to Warehouse Battery Outlet and acknowledged by the shipping company at the time of delivery. All original packaging must be held with the damaged item(s). Photos of any damage must be reported to Warehouse Battery Outlet immediately via email.
